“I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Gioe for several years, both as a teacher and as his collaborative psychiatrist. Throughout the time I have worked with him, he has shown himself to be an extremely conscientious and hard-working young man. He has a thirst for knowledge, yet maintains a caring attitude with patients. He has exhibited excellent clinical skills and works well with people. I have high reserve for this young man and can recommend him highly without hesitation or reservation.”

“Tim has been a great resource for my patients. They appreciate his down to earth demeanor and feel that he listens and hears what they are telling him. As a mental health professional, I have seen my patients improve in response to the interventions Tim has recommended. I am happy to recommend him to my patients and consider him a valuable resource.”

"I so enjoy collaborating with Tim. He's accessible to both providers and his clients. Referring to him has been a great relief for me as a practitioner. My clients are able to get in to see him without waiting months and the feedback I hear from each of them is that they feel at ease and reassured working with Tim. "

"Working with Tim has been a pleasure. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a man of honesty and integrity. My clients who have worked with him report the same, and, most importantly, that Tim has successfully assisted them in gaining an edge on their various mental health obstacles via prudent medication management. With Tim’s assistance, I have seen numerous clients turn a corner in their struggles for mental wellness."

“Since opening my counseling private practice, Tim Gioe has been my go-to referral source for all of my clients in need of medication management. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to collaborate with. The clients who I have referred to Tim have had nothing but great things to say about him. They have commented on how nice he is, that he is easy to talk to, and have reported feeling notable improvement since beginning psychotropic medication treatment with him. I too have recognized the benefits my clients have gained from seeking medication management with Tim. It is a wonderful adjunct to the therapy I provide my clients. Tim will most certainly continue to be my go-to referral source for future clients.”

"In high school, my son started experiencing depression. The first time seeing Tim, I went with my son just to make sure he would be treated right. My teenage son instantly liked Tim and felt safe with him. He is an extraordinary doctor who never makes anyone feel small or defective. He understood completely everything my son was feeling and was not judgmental, He's really a very nice man and I would never go to anyone else now. Thanks so much Tim."
“I've always had a good experience. Mr Gioe always helps me out and provides professional service. Appointment reminders ensure I never forget an appointment. There is never much of a wait, if any. 5 stars all the way.”
“I first began my treatment with Dr. Timothy when I was without full insurance coverage. I walked into his office terrified of the possibility of astronomical expenses because of my poor insurance coverage; but Dr. Timothy went above and beyond to help me work out different payment schedules to make sure I got the treatment I needed. It's rare that you find such compassion in the medical field; and after being his patient for more than a year- I have no regrets about walking into that office on Day 1. My conditions are managed with medication, which he is always willing to adjust or reduce to get me the best possible combination by valuing my input on how I feel. It's a big relief to have a friendly face and a supportive Doctor willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best care. :)”
“No bureaucratic bull here....very intimate and discreet Tim is kind and understanding. Unlike some, he does not fill his waiting room up with people waiting to see him, but understands that this is a private matter. He does not act superior to his patients, unlike so many doctors, nor does he ever brush off my feelings. I have a problem with anxiety/panic and he gave me the medication I needed, and understood that no amount of will power was going to change me. He just GETS IT!”
"Awesome, understanding, only wants to help you. Makes sure you feel completely comfortable and safe. Very easy going and easy to open up to. I have been seeing for over two years. And will only see him. I've been to a ton in my lifetime, he is by far the best. I will continue to see him until I no longer need treatment, which will probably be never. But thats ok. And he helped me understand and accept that."
"This is a great place to go if you have any kind of Psychiatric problems you need help with. Timothy J. Gioe, APRN, Psychiatric N.P. is a very kind and caring person, who connects with his patients, and I am glad I found this practice. He always calls his patients, back himself when needed, and I like that it is a smaller clinic and staff, which gives the whole experience - from making the call for your first appointment, to meeting with Mr. Gioe a very private and personal feel. I was in a larger clinic before and did not like that I was always seeing a different person, and it did not seem like they was listening to my opinion of things, because every time I went I had 2 explain everything all over again. And the whole 6 months or so I was there I seen the Dr. once, MAYBE twice and was always seeing someone different. Now that I have been going to Crescent City Psychiatric, I feel that I have finally found someone who truly cares, as a Dr. SHOULD, Mr. Tim Gioe takes time with his patients, he sits down to talk to you, never seeming in a hurry, and listens to what I have to say, and what I think, and that is what I personally was looking for in a Psychiatrist. Whether it's a doctor or a Nurse Practioner, has no relevance, I have been to quite a few Dr.'s with not a fraction of the compasion that he has, and was able to make me feel comfortable within seconds of walking in his office, and that is not usual for me AT ALL. Lots Of Thanks to Timothy J. Gioe, APRN."
